Terms of Use

1. Parties and Scope

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between Chucca, a loyalty system operated by Pemt Teknoloji Yazılım Limited Şirketi, and its end users. Chucca is a WhatsApp-based digital loyalty platform that enables users to earn and redeem points at participating merchant locations.

2. Description of Service

Chucca provides the following services:

• Earning points on purchases made at participating merchants.
• Redeeming accumulated points at participating merchants.
• Querying point balance and transaction history via WhatsApp.
• Receiving campaign and promotional notifications.

3. Eligibility and Registration

To use Chucca:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must have a valid WhatsApp account.
• An account is created automatically upon your first transaction. No additional registration form is required.

4. Points System

Points are calculated based on the campaign conditions and rates set by individual participating merchants. Earning and redemption rules may vary by merchant. Pemt Teknoloji Yazılım Limited Şirketi cannot be held responsible for campaign conditions established by merchants.

• Points are valid only at designated merchants and cannot be transferred between merchants.
• Points have no cash value.
• Unused points may become void if a merchant terminates participation in the system.

5. User Obligations

• Use the service solely for personal and lawful purposes.
• Do not conduct transactions using another person's account or phone number.
• Do not attempt to manipulate or defraud the points system.
• Avoid any conduct that threatens the security or integrity of the system.

6. Modification and Termination of Service

Pemt Teknoloji Yazılım Limited Şirketi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently terminate the service, with or without prior notice where circumstances require. Accounts of users who violate these terms may be suspended.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pemt Teknoloji Yazılım Limited Şirketi shall not be held liable for products or services offered by participating merchants, merchant campaign conditions, or disruptions arising from third-party WhatsApp infrastructure. No guarantee is made that the service will operate without interruption or error.

8. Intellectual Property

The Chucca brand, logo, and all system content are the property of Pemt Teknoloji Yazılım Limited Şirketi. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
