I have been duly informed through the KVKK Disclosure Statement / Privacy Notice provided above.
I hereby give my explicit consent for my personal data to be processed by service providers located abroad and transferred internationally for the purposes of operating the Chucca platform, including membership management, loyalty program administration, earning and redeeming points, reward and benefit management, user account creation and administration, customer support services, delivery of informational communications, ensuring system security, and maintaining the service infrastructure.
I acknowledge that I may withdraw my explicit consent at any time and that such withdrawal will only affect data processing activities carried out after the date of withdrawal.
